Shipping


Jewelmasters offers free U.S. standard shipping on all orders over $200+ within the United States. A tracking number will be included with all orders.

Expedited rates apply to the speed of your shipping through the carrier, not the speed in which your order will be processed. Expedited shipping will not be refunded.

Please allow between 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, with exception of customized items which may take between 7-14 days to process. This period may be longer around holidays.

If more than 7 business days have passed before receiving your non-customized order, and 21 days have passed before receiving your customized order, please call 601-268-7004 or email us at sales@jewelmastersonline.com to review the status of your order.

Customers are responsible for all tracking information on shipments. A tracking number is provided in your shipment confirmation email. Any questions concerning the tracking of a package should be directed to carrier service. We do not guarantee that a package will be delivered by a specific date. Jewelmasters is NOT liable for any items lost in transit.

 

Route Package Protection:

All orders will receive an option to purchase shipping insurance with Route Package Protection. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance to prevent lost or stolen items.



International Shipping:


When you place an order outside of the United States, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates are subject to change and may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
